Sharing Of Data
Infraxis is a global organisation with its headquarters in Switzerland. For Switzerland an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists stating that in Switzerland an adequate level of data protection is given. However Infraxis´ processes, management structures and technology are cross borders globally. We may therefore in single cases and only if required to fulfill your request share your Data within Infraxis (including Infraxis´ affiliates) also in countries seated outside the EU for which no adequacy decision of the EU exists.
Internally in Infraxis (including Infraxis´ affiliates) your Data is only provided to staff members on a need-to know basis to fulfill your request. Data processed automatically can also be accessed by our IT- department.
Furthermore we might share your Data with third parties if such is necessary to fulfill your request. In this respect it is possible that your Data are also shared with third parties seated outside the EU for which no adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists.
Additionally we share your Data with our service providers, e.g. providers that host our IT-Systems, which will only process your Data on our behalf and our instructions.
